Cynoria Glow was founded by Kashif Manhais and Cynoria Glow team with the belief that true radiance comes from intentional beauty. Our philosophy is to cut through the complexity of the beauty market by offering potent, transparent, and multi-functional skincare and cosmetic products that deliver visible results without compromise.

2. Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes. We are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals. For specific vegan-friendly products, please check the "Ingredients" tab on each product page, as some cosmetics.

3. Where can I find the full list of ingredients?

We are committed to Radical Transparency. The complete, detailed ingredient list, including the purpose of key active ingredients, can be found on the dedicated product page under the "Ingredients" or "How It Works" tab.

4. How do I know which products are right for my skin type?

You search a quick and easy Skin Type Quiz  on any site to guide you! Alternatively, you can always message our skincare experts on WhatsApp (03019897728) or email us at info.cynoriaglow@gmail.com for a personalized recommendation.

5. Can I combine Cynoria Glow products with products from other brands?

Absolutely. Our products are formulated to be effective on their own and to seamlessly integrate into any existing routine. We recommend patch testing when introducing any new product and always applying products from thinnest to thickest consistency.

6. How should I store my serums and creams?

For maximum potency, store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Our active ingredients remain most effective when stored at room temperature.


Orders, Shipping, and Returns

7. What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We offer various shipping options at checkout. Standard domestic shipping typically takes  3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

8. What is your return or exchange policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your glow. We accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused products within  14 days of delivery. Please visit our Returns Page for full instructions.

9. I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately info.cynoriaglow@gmail.com (with the subject line DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDER) and include your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue and send you a replacement right away.
